Online Transaction fee:
If you are paying any amount more than the $50 deposit online, a $20 transaction fee must be added to the payment. If you are mailing a check to pay your balance, you may calculate your total by adding your tuition to the room & board choice. You do not have to add a $20 online transaction fee.
*Board includes dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. All meals except for the Saturday lunch are served in the Forrest Hills restaurant.
For the three-day participants, Friday's breakfast will be provided in the Forrest Hills restaurant. Thursday's dinner and Friday's lunch will be on your own. The on-site restaurant will be open for private dining, and several options are available within driving distance. All residents have access to a full size refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen area in our lodge's common room. The Eagle's Nest lodge also has a stove/ oven for your use.
Limited space is available for participants who would like to arrive the Thursday before the workshop to settle in, participate in informal ensembles, and potentially receive private coaching or lessons from our faculty.
Marion Moffett Work Study/ Tuition assistance is offered based on order of registration. Tuition assistance up to a full tuition waiver may be awarded, but room and board must still be paid.
Deadlines
- $50 deposit is due by October 20.
- All fees due by Jan. 15; there are no refunds after this date.
- Late payments will incur an additional fee of $25.
- Space is limited to 30 participants.
- If you wish to submit payment via check, it should be payable to "Gilbert Ritchie" with the memo "Music on the Mtn."

Covid/ Illness policy – For those who are able, vaccines are encouraged. Additional measures, such as masking and home testing prior to arrival, may be necessary depending upon the level of threat at the time of the workshop.
Photo release/ Contact information release – By registering for this workshop, the participant gives permission for Music on the Mountain to use pictures of the attendee for promotional purposes. The participant also gives permission for the given contact information to be distributed to workshop attendees. If you would like to opt out of the photo release or contact information release, please email musicotmtn@gmail.com with your request.
