Registration

Registrations should be made online here. Please contact us at musicotmtn@gmail.com if you have any issues or questions about registration.

Housing

Music on the Mountain participants are housed within the "Tree Topper Lodge" and "Eagle's Nest Lodge" on the Forrest Hills property. The lodges are directly across from each other and have ample parking directly in front of the lodges. Virtual tours of the lodges are available on the Forrest Hills website.

Because we are limited to the 28 rooms within these two lodges, there is a limited amount of single occupancy rooms we can offer.

Some of the rooms have separate bedrooms but share a bathroom and a living room. Others have direct access to a deck and a large sitting area. The rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. If you have preference for a specific room, indicate preferences (ie "Tree Topper room 3") in the Additional Information section of the Registration Form.

COVID Precautions

For the 2023 Music on the Mountain, all attendees must be fully vaccinated and boosted against against Covid-19. Additional measures, such as masking or home testing prior to arrival, may be necessary depending upon the level of threat.

Work Study

Marion Moffett work/study scholarships provide tuition assistance in exchange for a few hours of help at the workshop. Please indicate your interest on the registration form. Application deadline is October 20th and the number of slots is limited. Donations to the Marion Moffett Scholarship fund are always welcome!

Private Lessons

Occasionally, participants will use this workshop as an opportunity to receive an in-person lesson with one of the faculty at the workshop. Private lessons are not included in the workshop fee, but our students and teachers are welcome to set up individual meetings outside of class meeting times. If you are interested in setting up a private lesson, please communicate directly with the teacher you wish to take a lesson from.
